As a pioneer of Spiritual Expressionism, my work explores the connections between the spiritual and material worlds, with the intention of making broader sense of the reality around us and us as part of it.
My creative process is divided into two distinct phases: raw, uninhibited creation in a trance state, in which spiritual energies flow through me, and the subsequent rational interpretation, which decodes these experiences and the symbols embedded in my works.
It is through this duality that consciousness expands: artistic practice thus becomes a spiritual practice, allowing one to move beyond social and cultural conditioning to expand one's view of reality and identity.
While the symbols in my works touch the chords of the unconscious and create an energetic connection with the viewer, my rational interpretation is an invitation to reflect on one's perception of reality and to explore spiritual themes such as personal identity and society's influences on it.
